Bridge View Light Railway (BVLR) is a new 7 1/4 inch gauge miniature railway, built and operated by a group of enthusiasts and volunteers since 2018 and located in the fabulous grounds of Russells Garden Centre, in Baginton near Coventry. We welcome you to come and have a ride on our trains, to support our community charity, and to explore the grounds.
Our hosts at Russells Garden Centre offer a wide range of both traditional and specialist plants from their own stocks plus those of specialist on-site vendors. You will also find recreational activities such as the Secret Quarry Garden, Wetlands Walk, and Potting Shed Cafe.

TRAIN RIDES
Come and join us for a ride on our railway around part of the scenic Russells gardens.
Both the railway and our gift shop, perfect for young enthusiasts, will be open to the public on standard open days and special events. Turn your visit into a day out by enjoying the other attractions at Russells Garden Centre, such as the Secret Quarry Gardens, Hedge Maze, Wetlands Walk and onsite Café.
ACCESSIBILITY
The railway is an open-air attraction so accessibility on wet days can be difficult, for this reason we recommend sturdy outdoors footwear and clothing on days of inclement weather.
With your help we can also continue to work towards purchasing a wheelchair-friendly carriage.

To find the railway, please use the postcode CV8 3AG (Google Maps link) in your sat-nav or route planner. We're at Russells Garden Centre, the entrance to which is by the historic bridge. Look for the brown sign!
