About the event

Heritage Open Days is England’s largest festival of history and culture. Running for ten days every September, the festival offers access to heritage events and activities across England. The theme for this year is "Creativity Unwrapped"

At Bridge View Light Railway there will be a ‘Cover Up’ Patchwork Exhibition by The Jane Cobbett Collection of Historic Textiles

This informal exhibition '' is part of an Educational Collection of patchwork owned by Jane Cobbett who uses them in her textile classes, talks and workshops as examples of traditional hand and machine techniques. Last seen in Coventry over 5 years ago these items will be on display in a garden setting and marquee.Cover Up
